● Goods explanation
Bookings of optional tours & hotels in Perth, Ayers Rock,

○ Product description - optional tours: Optional tour
name and contents / participating day / tour day / amount of
money is specified.
○ Product description - hotels : A hotel name and contents,
equipment/check-in Japan / stay Japan and the number of rooms
/ amount of money are specified, and possible second choice
for reservation.
○ Airport greeting, hotel welcome and send-off (from each
airport to a hotel) Product description : Pick-up driver
/ type of car / number specified.
○ Product description - air tickets : Departure date
/ route / number of sheets / class specification is specified.

● Change and cancellation of reservation
○ Optional tour : For any tour that has been booked,
cancellation up 8 days prior to the tour date will incur a charge
of $20 per person. For a period of 3 to 7 days prior to the tour
date will incur a charge of 30% the cost of the tour charge. Cancellation
2 days or less prior to the tour date will incur a charge of 100%
of the tour charge. For tours booked for Saturdays, Sundays or
public holidays, cancellation charges apply from the day before
the weekend or holiday period.
○ Hotel : A cancellation charge of $20 per room applies
for any cancellations 8 days or longer prior to booked date. For
cancellations 3 to 7 days prior to the booked date, 30% of the
hotel charge applies. Cancellation on the day before the booked
date, the cancellation charge is 100% of the hotel charge.
○ Airport meeting and hotel welcome and send-off (it is from
each airport to a hotel) Goods explanation : A cancellation
charge of $20 per room applies for any cancellations 8 days or
longer prior to booked date. For cancellations 3 to 7 days prior
to the booked date, 30% of the hotel charge applies. Cancellation
on the day before the booked date, the cancellation charge is
100% of the hotel charge.
○ Air tickets : As for after a credit card transaction,
change / cancellation charge surely starts. Since the amount of
money changes with kinds of aviation ticket, please look at the
regulation sent in the case of temporary reservation.
○ Other : If changes in arrangements for air tickets, passports,
visas etc result in customer canceling a tour, then any changes
to bookings or cancellations will incur cancellation charges.
Moreover, if a customer is unable to join an optional tour due
to delays in air flights, this company takes no responsibility.
Please understand beforehand that that no refunds are possible
if tours are cancelled due to the weather, the problem on safety
issues, or in particular in the case of Ayers Rock tours, intervention
by national parks administrators. |

● Transmitting a voucher
○ An optional tour / hotel / airport meeting, and hotel welcome
and send-off (from each airport to a hotel) : After the conclusion
of the contract, a voucher will be sent to the representative
by email.
○ Air ticket : The air ticket and e-ticket documentation
is sent by email. |
